Making your Payment

Rock and Road accept most major credit cards for online orders. You will be asked to enter your card details and the name and the address of the card holder when you place the order. These details will be checked and we may hold an order until we receive the correct details. You will be contacted if we find the card or address details to be incorrect. We only bill your card when your order is ready to be dispatched.

Shipping and Handling

All 'In Stock' orders that are received by Rock and Road before 3pm GMT, placed online or ordered by telephone will be dispatched the same day. Any orders received after 3pm GMT or during the weekend will be dispatched the following working day. Delivery times vary depending on where the goods are being sent to and the type of service that has been selected.

Your Security and Credit Card Security

To process your order, we require your name, billing address, phone number, email address and credit card information. We use this information to process your order and, if any questions should arise, to contact you about your order. If we need to contact you, we will contact you via email first. If unsuccessful (or time is critical), we will try to contact you by phone. Any information provided by you will be used for Rock and Roads's purposes only. However, Rock and Road may need to provide your name and delivery address to third parties that are involved in the processing of your order uses for delivering specific services to you (for example, the financial institution that issued your credit card or the courier that delivers your order). Your information will not be shared with individual or other companies (such as direct mail organizations or other third parties) unless required by law. There are times when we may request information from you, such as your, name, address and e-mail address. When additional information is requested, we will try to let you know at the time of collection how we intend to use the personal information you provide, such as respond to your inquiry, accept an order, conduct a survey or allow you to access specific information such as account information, etc. We do our best to maintain the accuracy of any personal information you do supply to us.

Back Orders

Any item not in stock will be placed on back order and you will be informed of a delivery date by email.

Returns

We will happily refund or exchange any item purchased from Rock and Road. There is no re-stocking or handling charge for returns. Goods returned must be unused, in a saleable condition all labels and pakaging must be intact. If returning a faulty item we will refund your postage up to maximum of £20.00. Please ensure the goods are insured as we cannot be held responsible for there loss. When Rock and Road has recieved the faulty item we will despatch a new unit free of charge.
